Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

General

These terms apply when you use KWEBB’s website or purchase services from KWEBB, operated by Kreativ Webbdesign. By using our services, requesting a project or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. If you have any questions, you can contact us through the contact form.

Purchasing a service

Projects normally begin with a free initial consultation, which you can request through our contact form. During this stage, you may choose not to proceed without any obligation.

Once a written agreement, offer or project confirmation has been approved, the project becomes binding and payment obligations apply according to the agreed terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, KWEBB requires a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, before final handover or launch. Additional work requested after an approved prototype, design direction or project scope may be invoiced separately at the agreed hourly rate.

Client responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, the client is responsible for providing necessary material within the agreed timeframe. This may include logotypes, images, text content, access credentials, brand assets, product information or other material needed to complete the work.

KWEBB is not responsible for delays caused by missing, late or incomplete client material, delayed feedback, third-party issues or changes to the agreed scope.

Delivery and approval

Delivery may include design files, website files, CMS functionality, database setup, deployment, documentation or other agreed deliverables depending on the project. The exact scope is defined in the project agreement or written offer.

The client is responsible for reviewing delivered work and reporting any issues within a reasonable time. Once the project has been approved, launched or handed over, later changes, additions or redesign requests may be treated as new work.

Support and maintenance

KWEBB may offer support and maintenance after delivery, either as part of the original agreement or as a separate service. Support can include technical adjustments, minor content updates, CMS guidance and help with keeping the website or application in good working order.

If no support or maintenance agreement has been made, the client is responsible for ongoing maintenance after delivery. This includes content updates, hosting, domain renewal, licences, third-party accounts, backups and general administration.

KWEBB is not responsible for issues caused by web hosting, domain services, third-party tools, payment providers, email services, external APIs or changes made by the client or another supplier after delivery.

Hosting, domains and third-party services

Unless otherwise agreed, all ongoing costs related to hosting, domains, email, licences, third-party tools, payment providers and external services are the client’s responsibility from the delivery date.

KWEBB may assist with setup, configuration or technical guidance, but the client remains responsible for maintaining access to their own accounts and paying any recurring fees connected to the project.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final website content and visual material provided by the client. KWEBB retains the rights to its own tools, frameworks, reusable code, design methods, internal systems and general know-how used to create the project.

All trademarks, logotypes, screenshots, case studies and visual material displayed on KWEBB’s website are protected under applicable intellectual property law. This includes KWEBB’s own material as well as material belonging to clients, partners or third parties. Use without written permission from the respective owner is prohibited.

KWEBB may display completed work, screenshots, project descriptions and case studies in its portfolio, marketing material and website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

KWEBB works carefully to deliver reliable, high-quality digital products, but we cannot guarantee that a website, CMS, web application or third-party service will be completely free from errors, downtime, security issues or interruptions.

KWEBB is not liable for direct or indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, technical failures, third-party issues or circumstances outside our control.

Disputes

If a dispute arises, both parties shall first try to resolve the matter through dialogue. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be handled under Swedish law in the Stockholm District Court.
